Training & Policies

At Felder Dietary Management Services, one of the keys to our success is our staff. Every employee is held to the same high standard – from the Facility Manager down to the food handlers. Each employee goes through a comprehensive training period where they’ll learn how to handle food and how to prevent any problems or health risks from occurring. In addition to our in-house comprehensive training, incoming staff members have to complete a variety of certification programs.

In order to ensure that our staff is capable of handling any situation, Felder Dietary Management Services staff members must complete a Food Service Training and Orientation Program when they are first hired. We believe in the value of continuing education and institute In-service Training on a biweekly basis.
